WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT POLICY?
All of our packages include insurance coverage. We have general liability and liquor liability up to 2 million dollars in coverage.
We require a deposit of one hour of service to reserve your date. The remaining balance will be due one week prior to the date of your event.

Regardless of the package you choose, we will provide bar tools, spill mats, pour spouts, coolers, cocktail straws and napkins, and a customized printed and framed menu.
We arrive one hour early to every event at no cost to you to ensure we are well prepared to take care of your guests. Clean up begins when your event ends and is also included at no additional cost.

By default, our quote never includes the cost of alcohol, mixers, ice, etc. Every event is different and we want to give you the opportunity to customize every step along the way. To save on cost we can provide you the shopping list with the quantities to buy if you wish to get the ingredients yourself.
Yes! We have several bilingual bartenders!
The standard attire for all our event staff is all black: black shirt, black pants, and black shoes. Of course we know that doesn't fit a Hawaiian themed party, so please let us know in case you would like the staff to wear something different.
Our servers can do any and all tasks to keep the event running smoothly. From clearing the tables, throwing away trash, serving, refilling a buffet, to passing hors d'oeuvres, our staff is truly multi-talented.
WHEN AND HOW DO I GET MY SHOPPING LIST AND BAR MENU?
HOW MANY BARTENDERS AND SERVERS DO I NEED?
We can get started on your bar menu as soon as you are ready after paying the deposit. All we would need to know to get started is if you have a preference on type of alcohol, taste, theme of event, particular colors etc. Once the bar menu is sorted out, we will be able to send you your personalized shopping list.
For quality service, we suggest one bartender for every 50 guests and one server for every 15 guests.
